


This is some of the first renders of the Pezu, an energy visualising creature that keeps track of your energy use and translates it into easily understood quantities. How many trees of energy have you burned today? Further development and research from my Pezu project can be veiwed here.

With the images above I started to experiment with the emissive layer option in Vray applying different colours and intensities. I had to change the environments qualities also like lowering the lighting and changing where the light was coming from along with experimenting with the decay and light multiplier.


These images were an experiment into the camera options like the focal distance for depth of field and apeture for intensifying focus.

First ever use of V-ray, an awsome rendering package I used with rhino 3D. For the first image object is all matt blue plastic and second I added in some Bling.
